      72 hour cancellation policy on subscription cleaning. If cancellations happen after this 72 hour period clients will be charged the flat rate. All clients will receive 2 free cancellations per year included with their contract. All prices will include GST on the invoice.

      Move-In/Out Clean

      One time clean for move ins and/or move outs.

       

      Pricing: One $50 flat rate plus $25 per hour per clean. For example a 2 hour clean would cost $100 plus GST.

      Average time= Approximately 1 hour per 400 square feet.

      Subscription Cleaning

      Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly Recurring Services.

       

      Pricing: One $30 flat rate plus $25 per hour per clean. For example a 2 hour clean would cost $80 plus GST.

       

      Commercial Cleans

      Free Estimates Available.

       

      New Build and Post Reno Cleans

      Free Estimates Available.

    • SERVICES ALWAYS INCLUDED IN CONTRACTS

      -Surface dusting in all rooms

      -Wipe down window sills in all rooms

      -Wipe down bathrooms (toilets, counters, sinks, mirror, tub/shower, floor, outside of cupboards)

      -Wipe down kitchens (outside of cupboards, counters, sinks, outside and top of stove, outside of fridge and other appliances, floors)

      -Light switches and door knobs wiped

      -All mirrors cleaned

      -Floors vacuumed and washed

      -Garbage removal from any inside garbage bins

       

      SERVICES THAT CAN BE ADDED TO CONTRACTS (MOVE OUT/IN CLEAN SERVICES)

      -Doors and doorframes wiped

      -Basboards wiped

      -Inside fridge wiped out

      -Laundry washed and folded

      -Dishes washed

      -Inside oven wiped out

      -Wash floor behind fridge and/or oven

      -Kitchen appliances wiped out

      -Clean inside windows

      -Wipe down inside of kitchen cupboards

      -Spot wash walls

      -Other services may be considered upon request
